McCrudden Training = Great Learning
McCrudden Training was the brainchild of serial learner and entrepreneur Nicky McCrudden. In 2005 Nicky was working part-time in the NHS and providing training as a sole trader two days a week. She remains grateful to that local charity that took a chance and booked her to deliver her first course because, from that small acorn, this magical tree of learning has grown.
Determined to share her passion for learning with the world, Nicky set about creating great learning that was also great fun for those in the public and charity sectors. As time past she attracted other trainers to join her crusade.

Management Development & Essential Skills Training
Originally providing a wide range of training, including compliance courses and management offerings, McCrudden Training became a victim of its own success and could no longer keep up with demand whilst retaining our quality. Nicky took the difficult decision to stop offering compliance training and to focus on the management development and essential skills training side of the business.
It proved to be the right decision, as a flurry of awards followed for our work with public sector organisations on leadership development and culture change training programmes.

Delivering on Learning
Today, informed by our values, we continue to work in partnership with our clients to deliver all forms of development from bite-sized learning and highly practical workshops, to leadership programmes and our shiny new on-demand learning platform that is helping our clients support more self-directed learning.
