Dealing With Difficult People: In Practice
Conflict, power imbalances, unconscious bias and discrimination are just some of the causes of difficult behaviour in the workplace. We all have a natural, instinctive response to these situations. For some that’s ‘hope it goes away’ for others it’s ‘stand your ground’. Being able to successfully manage unacceptable behaviour means being able to vary your responses.
Dealing With Difficult People is part of our ‘in practice’ collection of ready-to-tailor programmes with a strong pragmatic focus. Workshops can be delivered as is, or act as a time and cost-efficient starting point for developing personalised learning for your organisation.
