Our Leadership programmes offer more in-depth training on a number of leadership-related topics to give your managers a more rounded and comprehensive development experience.
The programmes run over 4-6 sessions and allow us to take a more in-depth look at specific areas of leadership, or layer learning session-by-session by giving learners ‘homework’ to build their experience and put new learning into practice. Our programmes are more than simply attending a few hours of courses. Most include a number of sessions spread over a period of several weeks or months. Managers commit to implementing some of their learning outside of the training room, and we can suggest additional features to support the transfer of learning.
