It might seem counter-intuitive to help managers to improvise, when mostly you want them to follow set procedures, but managers have to respond to the wide range of situations thrust upon them. That often means applying policies and approaches in a novel way. This highly interactive programme is designed to develop a manager’s confidence with situations that require quick thinking. We’ll:
Duration: 6 hours. Delivered as 4, 90-minute online workshops spread over a period of 4-8 weeks. (Improvisation sessions also work well for team-building events).
