Kimberley is an organisational superhero and just loves spreadsheets. She’s also one of the most creative people in our team. Whilst she makes sure our trainers all know where they are going when, and that they have all the tools they need to deliver their training session, she is also looking at new and innovative ways to help clients achieve their learning needs. She monitors the quality of our work and identifies opportunities to improve, both in delivery and also through the back-office processes.
Having successfully completed the Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development, Kimberley is flexing her new knowledge writing animation scripts and supporting clients in identifying and understanding their real learning needs to make sure they receive the best solution for them.
At home, Kimberley puts her creative skills to the test by finding new and exciting adventures for her family, like searching for Mad Jack’s Follies. She has recently got into Geocaching too. Take a look at the adventures – it looks great fun!
