Sara calls herself a Career Happiness Coach, helping mid management and senior leaders find their confidence and passion in managing others for success. It’s fair to say she is probably one of our liveliest gurus. Sara brings her outgoing nature into coaching so that there is never a dull moment. Of course, there are times when the audience may not always want that and Sara is expert at gauging her audience and the mood of the room. She is empathetic and has always been able to build up trust really quickly.
This perhaps comes from her other role as a social work practitioner. She does this alongside developing others and the two complement each other well, drawing skills from each role to support the other. Her speciality is helping people to handle difficult conversations and conflict – something she has built her expertise in during her career as a social worker.
She utilises her strong communication skills and energy to engage people and importantly for Sara, treat them with kindness, with love, give extra energy to engage them even more.
