For McCrudden Training, there’s no such thing as ‘off-the-shelf’ learning because we believe that one size, fits, well one!
We can develop our existing training plans to suit your needs. Our courses are easily tailored to help publicly funded and non-profit making organisations access learning that feels like bespoke training, whilst keeping to best-value budgets. We include basic customisation within our fees, but for large scale significant learning initiatives we can build something completely unique for a one-off customisation fee.
Can’t release staff for lengthy training? You can also take the best bits from courses and focus on specific skills. We deliver express sessions – 90-minute masterclasses, focussing on elements of specific programmes.
We can even design and write courses that you can deliver to your team yourself if you want to.
